Hudson Technologies (formerly Hudson Tool & Die) is a leading manufacturer of precision deep-drawn metal enclosures, or cases, and stampings. We use a variety of high-performance metals, including stainless steel and titanium, along with aluminum, aluminized steel, cold rolled steel, brass, copper, Mu metal, nickel and cupro nickel.

Design engineers turn to Hudson Technologies to produce seamless, metal enclosures for their technology whether they need a prototype or high-volume production.  Our catalog has over 15,000 shapes and sizes available with no tooling charges.Our engineered products offer customized tooling and parts designed to customers' specifications.

Hudson Technologies' seamless enclosures, also referred to as cans, covers and containers, and stampings are integral to aerospace, aviation, automotive, commercial battery, electrical, irrigation, implantable medical devices, relay cases, semi-conductor, and other industrial applications worldwide.

We are a green manufacturer, using only biodegradable lubricants and an aqueous cleaning system.

We are located in Volusia County within an hour drive of Orlando (via I-4) or Jacksonville (via I-95) in East Central Florida.

Hudson Technologies is a business of JSJ of Grand Haven, Michigan, U.S., a privately held corporation that actively designs, develops, markets and brands a group of durable goods and services throughout the world.

History

Hudson Tool & Die Company was founded in 1940 in New Jersey by Charles Batka.

A second facility opened in Ormond Beach, Florida in 1969.

The company was purchased in 1984 by JSJ Corporation of Grand Haven, Michigan.

In 1991, all operations were consolidated to the facility in Florida and the plant in New Jersey was closed.

In 2007, Hudson Tool & Die Co., Inc. began doing business as Hudson Technologies.

Today, Hudson Technologies employs over 230 people and ships to customers worldwide.
