History Hudson Tool & Die Company was founded in 1940 in New Jersey by Charles Batka. A second facility opened in Ormond Beach, Florida in 1969. The company was purchased in 1984 by JSJ Corporation of Grand Haven, Michigan. In 1991, all operations were consolidated to the facility in Florida and the plant in New Jersey was closed. In 2007, Hudson Tool & Die Co., Inc. began doing business as Hudson Technologies. Today, Hudson Technologies employs over 230 people and ships to customers worldwide. |
