Hudson Technologies, formerly Hudson Tool & Die, is a leading U.S. manufacturer of deep-drawn metal enclosures, or cases, and stampings. We use a variety of high-performance metals, including stainless steel and titanium, along with aluminum, aluminized steel, cold rolled steel, brass, copper, Mu metal, nickel, cupro nickel and more.

Design engineers turn to Hudson Technologies for precision, seamless, metal enclosures for their technology whether they need a prototype or high-volume production.  Our catalog has over 15,000 standard shapes and sizes available with no tooling charges. Our engineered products offer customized tooling and parts designed to customers' specifications.

Hudson Technologies' seamless enclosures, also referred to as cases, cans, covers, containers and stampings, are integral to aerospace, aviation, automotive, commercial battery, electrical, irrigation, implantable medical devices, flow meters, relay cases, semi-conductor, and other industrial applications worldwide.

We are a green manufacturer, using only environmentally-sound lubricants and an aqueous cleaning system, and hold ISO 9001:2000 certification.

Based in Ormond Beach, FL, Hudson Technologies is located in Volusia County, within an hour drive of Orlando (via I-4) or Jacksonville (via I-95) in East Central Florida.

Historical Timeline

1940    Hudson Tool & Die Company founded in New Jersey by Charles Batka

1969    Second facility opened in Ormond Beach, Florida

1984    Hudson Tool & Die Co., Inc. purchased by JSJ Corporation of Grand Haven, Michigan, a privately held U.S. corporation

1991    Operations consolidated to Florida, plant in New Jersey closed

1996    ISO 9001:2000 certification received

2007    Name change - Hudson Tool & Die Co. Inc. began doing business as Hudson Technologies

2007    Converted to an environmentally-sound aqueous cleaning system, eliminating trichloroethylene (TCE) and chlorinated lubricants from the manufacturing process

2008    Named Manufacturer of the Year by Volusia Manufacturers Association
